Situated in Rinella Street, this stone statue is affixed to a house named ta’ Loretu – hence the name of our Lady ofLoreto. Although it is believed that when the statue was placed there in 1898 it had been richly decorated and was of a high artistic value, it is now in a very dilapidated state.
