Situated in the square in front of the Capuchin’s Church there is a niche hosting the Statue of Our Lady of Lourdes. After World War II this statue was removed from the Kalkara Parish Church and after being taken processionally to its present location, it was blessed by the Capuchin Bishop Francis Savour Fenech.
