The old house (now Numbers 9, 10 and 11) in North Street is said to have been built in the 13th Century. It has a typical Norman ornamentation including a fine double-light bay window which was recently renovated with the string course supported by beautiful Gothic arcading. This is complimented with Norman style freezing across the façade and internal pointed archways.
