Situated in Conception Street, this baroque statue sculpted in 1788 depicts Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception stepping on a serpent’s head. It was restored in 1924 on a design of S. Darmanin and according to an engraving on a marble slate attached to the pedestal, in 1801 Bishop Labini granted an indulgence to those who recited a prayer in front of this statue.
